2 ribeye steaks (about 1-inch thick)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 cup bourbon

1 cup heavy cream

1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
