Ingredients

1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated biscuit dough

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Stir until mixed well.

Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.

Take each biscuit and flatten it slightly. Place about 1 tablespoon of shredded mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit.

Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the cheese, pinching to seal them tightly. Roll each one into a ball.

Dip each cheese-filled biscuit in the garlic butter mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Place the biscuits seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Brush any remaining garlic butter on top of the biscuits for added flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed up.

Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before garnishing with fresh chopped parsley.
