Ingredients

1 can of refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)

8 ounces of cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

3 cloves garlic, minced

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Make the cheese filling: In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, and grated Parmesan until well combined.

Season the mixture: Add minced garlic, fresh parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the cheese mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.

Prepare the biscuit dough: Open the can of biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits. Flatten each biscuit into a small round disc.

Fill the biscuits: Spoon about 1-2 tablespoons of the cheese filling into the center of each flattened biscuit. Carefully fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.

Shape the bombs: Roll each filled biscuit into a ball and place them seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Brush with garlic butter: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with the remaining minced garlic and parsley. Brush the garlic butter generously over each cheese bomb.

Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.

Serve: Let the garlic butter cheese bombs cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dipping sauce!
