Ingredients

8 oz (225g) rice noodles

1 lb (450g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced

3 tablespoons hoisin sauce

2 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon oyster sauce

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 bell pepper, sliced (red or green)

1 cup snap peas

3 green onions, chopped

1 tablespoon sesame oil

Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Cook Noodles: Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water to prevent sticking. Set aside.

Marinate Beef: In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of hoisin sauce, soy sauce, oyster sauce, half of the minced garlic, and half of the grated ginger. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Heat Oil: In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Cook Beef: Once the oil is hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes, or until the beef is browned but not fully cooked. Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.

Sauté Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the remaining garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the sliced bell pepper and snap peas. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.

Combine Ingredients: Return the beef to the skillet along with the cooked noodles. Add the remaining hoisin sauce and sesame oil. Toss everything together gently to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.

Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat. Serve the Hoisin Beef Noodles in bowls, garnishing with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and cilantro if desired.
