Ingredients

12 Hawaiian sweet rolls

1 pound deli ham (thinly sliced)

8 ounces Swiss cheese (sliced)

1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon poppy seeds

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Prepare the rolls: Without separating them, slice the entire pack of Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.

Layer the ham and cheese: Evenly distribute the ham slices over the bottom half of the rolls. Layer the Swiss cheese slices on top of the ham. Place the top half of the rolls onto the cheese.

Make the sauce: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, poppy seeds, and a pinch of salt and pepper until well combined.

Brush the sauce: Pour the sauce evenly over the top of the assembled rolls. Make sure to coat each roll generously for maximum flavor.

Cover and bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil to prevent the tops from browning too quickly. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.

Uncover and finish baking: Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Serve and garnish: Remove the sliders from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Cut them into individual sliders and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish.

Enjoy: Serve warm as a delightful appetizer or an easy meal option for gatherings!
