Ingredients

1 lb (450g) pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh rosemary, chopped (or ½ tsp dried)

1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped (or ½ tsp dried)

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp honey

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for added heat)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

Marinate the Pork:

In a large bowl, combine garlic, rosemary, thyme, soy sauce, olive oil, honey, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Mix well. Add the pork bites and toss to coat evenly. Cover the bowl and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 2 hours for more flavor).

      Preheat the Pan:

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan to prevent sticking.

          Cook the Pork:

Once the pan is hot, add the marinated pork bites in a single layer, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until they are golden brown and fully cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

              Serve:

Remove the pork bites from the pan and let them rest for a couple of minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.

                  Enjoy:

Serve these delicious garlic pork bites hot as an appetizer or paired with rice or steamed vegetables for a delightful main dish!
