Ingredients

1 loaf of soft white bread (preferably a Pull-Apart or Monkey Bread type)

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

6 cloves garlic, minced

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped (or 1 tablespoon dried parsley)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (for a spicy kick)

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Bread: Take the loaf of bread and cut it into about 1-inch squares, being careful not to cut all the way through the bottom of the loaf. You want the squares to stay connected for pull-apart goodness.

Make the Garlic Butter Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, fresh parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

Stuff the Bread: Gently pull apart the squares slightly and use a spoon or brush to drizzle or spread the garlic butter mixture into each crevice. Ensure some of the mixture pools at the bottom of the loaf.

Add the Cheese: Fold in the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese into the crevices of the loaf. Make sure the cheese is evenly distributed throughout the bread.

Wrap and Bake: Wrap the loaf loosely in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

Unwrap & Sizzle: After 15 minutes, carefully unwrap the top of the bread to expose the top. Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Serve: Remove from the oven and allow it to cool for a few minutes. Serve warm and enjoy pulling apart those cheesy, garlicky segments!
