4 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) to ensure a crispy crust. If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat as well.

    Prepare the garlic oil: In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine 4 tablespoons of olive oil with minced garlic and Italian seasoning. Cook gently for about 2-3 minutes until the garlic is fragrant but not browned. Remove from heat and let it cool for a minute.
