2 cups cooked rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

1 cup broccoli florets, blanched

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a kick)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Preheat the Oven: Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C).

    Sauté Garlic: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant (about 1 minute).

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, shredded chicken, blanched broccoli, sautéed garlic, heavy cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, and the Italian seasoning. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

        Prepare Baking Dish: Pour the pasta mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly across the dish.

          Add Cheese Topping: Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese and the shredded mozzarella cheese over the top of the pasta dish.
