1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1 lb (450g) baby potatoes, halved

4 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 cloves of garlic, minced

1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

Salt and black pepper to taste

1 tablespoon olive oil

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare the Potatoes: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the halved baby potatoes, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown and tender, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    Cook the Steak: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Increase the heat to medium-high. Season the cubed steak with salt and pepper. Once hot, add the steak to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is reached. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
