1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Prepare the Garlic Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.

Place Salmon in Dish: Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down in the prepared baking dish.

Coat Salmon: Spoon the garlic butter mixture evenly over each salmon fillet, ensuring to cover them well.

Bake the Salmon: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and is cooked to your desired doneness.

Garnish and Serve: Once baked, remove the salmon from the oven, garnish with additional chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
