1 cup unsalted butter, softened

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 package (8 oz) Ritz crackers

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

      Take a Ritz cracker and spread a generous layer of the garlic butter mixture on top. Make sure to cover it evenly.

        Sprinkle a little shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered Ritz cracker.

          Place the prepared crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Continue this process until all crackers are ready.

            Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the edges of the crackers are golden.

              Remove from the oven and let cool for a minute or two. Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the crackers for a pop of color and extra flavor.
