1 head of Romaine lettuce, chopped

1 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup of cucumber, diced

1 cup of radishes, thinly sliced

1 cup of bell pepper, diced (any color)

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 cup of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed

1/2 cup of Kalamata olives, pitted and halved

1/2 cup of crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup of fresh parsley, finely chopped

1/4 cup of fresh basil, chopped

1/4 cup of red wine vinegar

1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil

1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

Salt and pepper to taste
