4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs

2 cups baby carrots

1 medium onion, diced

3 garlic cloves, minced

3 medium potatoes, cubed

1 red bell pepper, chopped

1 cup green beans, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

4 cups chicken broth

2 teaspoons dried thyme

1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken thighs on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. This step adds depth of flavor to the stew.

    Combine Ingredients: In the slow cooker, add the diced onion, minced garlic, carrots, potatoes, bell pepper, and green beans. Place the browned chicken on top of the vegetables.
