Ingredients
  

1 cup of almond flour

½ cup of coconut oil (melted)

¼ cup of honey or maple syrup

1 cup of fresh raspberries (or frozen, thawed)

½ teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, melted coconut oil, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until it forms a crumbly dough.

      Reserve ½ cup of the dough mixture and press the remaining dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking pan to form a crust.

        Evenly distribute the fresh raspberries over the crust, gently pressing them into the dough.

          Crumble the reserved dough over the raspberries to create a topping.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and the raspberries are bubbly.

              Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan on a wire rack. Once cooled, use the parchment overhang to lift them out and cut into squares.
