Ingredients

1 box of brownie mix (any flavor)

1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 cup vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup nuts (walnuts, pecans, or your choice, optional)

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, all-purpose flour, salt, and chocolate chips (if using). Mix well to distribute the dry ingredients evenly.

Add Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.

Combine Mixtures: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined. Be careful not to overmix. If you'd like, fold in the nuts at this point for a crunch.

Scoop Balance: Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart as they will spread.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly soft. They will firm up as they cool.

Cool Down: Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
