Ingredients

1 box of brownie mix (Fudge or Classic)

1/4 cup of vegetable oil

2 large eggs

1/2 cup of all-purpose flour

1/2 cup of chocolate chips (optional)

1/4 cup of chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans, optional)

1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until well blended.

Stir in the all-purpose flour, mixing just until combined—be careful not to overmix.

If using, fold in the chocolate chips and chopped nuts to the dough for extra texture and flavor.

Using a tablespoon or cookie scoop, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spaced about 2 inches apart.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until the edges are set and the tops look slightly cracked. The centers may still look soft; they will firm up as they cool.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Prep Time: 10 minutes | Total Time: 22 minutes | Servings: About 12 cookies
