1 cup of almond flour

1/4 cup of maple syrup

1/4 cup of coconut oil, melted

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    In a mixing bowl, combine the almond flour and maple syrup. Stir until well mixed.

      Add the melted coconut oil to the mixture and stir until a dough forms. The dough should be sticky; if it's too dry, add a splash of water or more syrup.

        Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough and roll them into balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each.

          Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a fork or your hand, creating a cookie shape.

            Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges begin to turn golden brown.

              Remove from the oven and let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
