Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip Appetizer

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)

Tortilla chips or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.

Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if using) until everything is well combined.

Transfer the mixture into a 9-inch pie dish or an oven-safe baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot, bubbly, and lightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Serve warm with tortilla chips or sliced baguette, and enjoy this creamy, cheesy goodness!
