1 cup grapes, halved (red or green)

1 medium-sized orange, segmented

1 tablespoon fresh mint leaves, chopped

2 tablespoons honey (optional)

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Instructions

Start by washing all your fruits under cold water. Make sure to dry them well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple, grapes, and orange segments.

In a small bowl, whisk together the honey (if using) and lime juice, adjusting the sweetness to your taste.

Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the mixed fruits and gently toss everything together to ensure the fruits are evenly coated.

Add the chopped mint leaves and gently fold them in for a refreshing finish.

Let the salad sit for about 10 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
