Ingredients

2 cups heavy whipping cream

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional mix-ins: chocolate chips, crushed cookies, fruit puree, or nut butter

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream using an electric mixer on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form. This should take about 3-5 minutes.

In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Mix until well blended.

Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture using a spatula. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream; fold until no white streaks remain.

If desired, add your chosen mix-ins and fold gently until evenly distributed.

Pour the mixture into a suitable airtight container and smooth the top with a spatula.

Cover the container with a lid or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

Once frozen, scoop out the ice cream and enjoy!
