Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup lump crab meat, drained and flaked

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for heat preference)

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.

Add the mayonnaise, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and lemon juice to the bowl, mixing until well blended.

Gently fold in the lump crab meat, chopped green onions, Parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Be careful not to break up the crab too much; you want to keep some texture.

Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly and the top is lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with tortilla chips or toasted baguette slices.
