Ingredients

2 cans (12.4 oz each) refrigerated cinnamon rolls

4 large eggs

1 cup milk

1/2 cup maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Open the cinnamon roll cans and cut each roll into quarters. Place the quartered rolls evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish, ensuring all pieces are coated.

If using, sprinkle the chopped pecans over the top for added crunch and flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is puffed and golden brown.

Allow to cool slightly before drizzling with the icing that came with the cinnamon rolls. Serve warm and enjoy!
