Ingredients

2 cans of refrigerated cinnamon rolls (with icing)

4 large eggs

1 cup whole milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)

Non-stick cooking spray

Extra icing from the cinnamon roll cans for drizzling

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

Open the cans of cinnamon rolls and separate each roll, cutting them into quarters. Evenly distribute the quartered rolls in the greased baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and brown sugar until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the cinnamon roll pieces in the baking dish.

If using, sprinkle chopped pecans on top of the mixture for added crunch and flavor.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is puffed and golden brown.

Allow the casserole to cool for about 10 minutes before drizzling generously with the icing from the cinnamon roll cans.

Serve warm, and enjoy your delicious and easy cinnamon roll casserole!
