1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 medium onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

8 oz (225g) mushrooms, sliced

1 cup chicken broth

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp paprika

1 cup sour cream

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

2 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Egg noodles or rice, for serving

Sauté the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). Remove from the skillet and set aside.

    Cook the Vegetables: In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent (about 3-4 minutes). Add the minced garlic and sliced mushrooms, cooking until the mushrooms are browned and have released their juices (about 5 minutes).
