1 cup crushed Butterfinger candy bars (approximately 4-5 bars)

1 cup creamy peanut butter

2 cups powdered sugar

1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips

1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoothing chocolate)

1/2 cup crushed Butterfinger or chopped peanuts (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars and the creamy peanut butter. Mix until fully combined.

    Add Sugar: Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing well until the mixture is uniformly blended and can be shaped into balls. If the mixture is too dry, you can add a bit more peanut butter for consistency.

      Shape the Balls: Use your hands to form small balls of the mixture, roughly one inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

        Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to allow the balls to firm up.

          Melt the Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the milk chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using). Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.

            Coat the Balls: Remove the chilled balls from the refrigerator. Using a fork or a dipping tool, dip each ball into the melted chocolate, coating it completely. Let excess chocolate drip off before placing it back onto the parchment-lined sheet.

              Garnish: While the chocolate coating is still wet, sprinkle the tops with crushed Butterfinger or chopped peanuts for an extra crunch.

                Chill Again: Return the baking sheet to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes, or until the chocolate has set.
