Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

In a medium saucepan, combine the creamy peanut butter and sweetened condensed milk. Place over low heat and stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and well combined. This should take about 2-3 minutes.

Once the peanut butter and condensed milk are well merged, remove the saucepan from heat and gradually sift in the powdered sugar. Stir until fully incorporated and the mixture is thick and glossy.

Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.

Refrigerate the fudge for at least 2 hours, or until it has firmed up completely.

Once set, lift the fudge out of the baking dish using the parchment paper. Cut into squares and enjoy!
