Ingredients

8 oz fettuccine or penne pasta

1 lb steak (ribeye or sirloin), thinly sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion, thinly sliced

1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded provolone cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Salt (to taste)

Instructions

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the fettuccine or penne pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced onions, green bell peppers, and mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper, and sauté until the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

Cook the Steak: Push the vegetables to the side of the skillet and add the thinly sliced steak to the pan. Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and additional black pepper. Cook until the steak is browned, about 3-4 minutes. Mix the steak with the vegetables.

Make the Sauce: Lower the heat to medium. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, add softened cream cheese and stir until melted and well combined with the meat and vegetables.

Combine: Gradually stir in the cooked pasta until well-coated with the creamy mixture. Add in shredded provolone and grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the cheese melts and creates a creamy sauce.

Serve: Dish out the pasta into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley. If desired, top with additional cheese for extra richness.
