1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust for spice)

Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C).

    Sauté the Shrimp: In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Once melted, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for 4-5 minutes, turning until they are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.

      Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine all ingredients.

        Combine Everything: Pour the cream mixture over the sautéed shrimp in the skillet. Gently fold to evenly coat the shrimp with the creamy cheese mixture.

          Transfer to Baking Dish: Pour the garlic shrimp mixture into a greased baking dish (approximately 9x9 inches or a similar size).
