Ingredients

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Sauté the Shrimp: In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add the shrimp, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat.

Prepare the Cream Mixture: In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, half of the Parmesan cheese, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.

Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked shrimp to the cream mixture and stir gently to coat the shrimp evenly. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.

Top with Cheese and Breadcrumbs: In a small bowl, combine the remaining Parmesan cheese, shredded mozzarella, breadcrumbs, and the remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture uniformly over the shrimp.

Bake: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
