Delicious Baked Brie with Honey and Nuts

A delightful twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

1 wheel of Brie cheese (about 8 oz)

1/4 cup honey

1/2 cup mixed nuts (such as walnuts, pecans, and almonds), chopped

1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme, chopped (optional)

1 tablespoon olive oil

Sea salt, to taste

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Baguette slices or crackers, for serving

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Place the Brie cheese in a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.

Drizzle the honey generously over the top of the Brie, allowing it to seep into the crevices.

In a small bowl, mix the chopped nuts with olive oil, fresh herbs (if using), sea salt, and black pepper until well combined. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the Brie.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is soft and melty but not entirely runny.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes before serving.

Serve warm with baguette slices or crackers, allowing guests to dip into the gooey, honey-nut-topped Brie.
