Ingredients
  

1 large cucumber, diced

2 ripe avocados, pitted and diced

1 small red onion, finely chopped

1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: Feta cheese crumbles for garnish

Instructions
 

In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced cucumber, avocado, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.

      Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss to combine, being careful not to mash the avocado.

        Add the chopped cilantro and toss lightly again.

          Serve fresh, optionally garnishing with feta cheese crumbles on top for added flavor.
