3 tablespoons olive oil

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for spice)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Zest of 1 lemon

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

    Prepare the Brussel Sprouts: In a large mixing bowl, toss the halved Brussel sprouts with olive oil, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper until they are evenly coated.

      Add Parmesan Cheese: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned Brussel sprouts, ensuring they are well-coated for that crispy finish.

        Arrange on Baking Sheet: Spread the Brussel sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, with the cut side facing down for optimal crispiness.

          Roast: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the sprouts are golden brown and crispy. Toss them halfway through to ensure even roasting.
