1 lb (450g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts (diced)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 medium onion (chopped)

3 cloves garlic (minced)

4 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

2 cups cooked lasagna noodles (broken into pieces)

1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)

Sauté the Chicken: In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until it's browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper, then remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
