1 cup chopped fresh spinach (or ½ cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained)

1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)

Salt and black pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Tortilla chips or baguette slices (for serving)

Instructions
 

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

    Mix Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth.

      Add Veggies and Spices: Fold in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, minced garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

        Transfer to Baking Dish: Spoon the creamy mixture into a greased baking dish (about 8-inch square or similar).
