4 boneless pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup chicken broth

1 onion, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon paprika

1 tablespoon olive oil

Salt to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Prep the Pork Chops: Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

    Sear the Pork Chops: In a skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sear the pork chops for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned. Remove from heat.

      Prepare the Slow Cooker: In a slow cooker, place the sliced onions and minced garlic at the bottom.

        Mix the Sauce: In a bowl, combine the ranch dressing mix, cream of mushroom soup, and chicken broth. Stir well until smooth.

          Combine in Slow Cooker: Place the seared pork chops on top of the onions and garlic in the slow cooker. Pour the creamy ranch mixture over the pork chops, ensuring they are well covered.

            Cook: Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the pork chops are tender and cooked through.
