Ingredients

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tsp sea salt

½ cup mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

Blend the Base: In a large mixing bowl or blender, add the Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This should take about 1-2 minutes.

Taste & Adjust: Taste the mixture and adjust the sweetness if needed. You can add more honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness if desired. Blend again briefly to mix.

Add Chocolate Chips: If you’re using mini chocolate chips, fold them into the peanut butter yogurt mixture using a spatula, ensuring they are evenly distributed.

Prepare for Freezing: Pour the mixture into an airtight container. Smooth the top with a spatula and seal the container well to prevent ice crystals from forming.

Freeze: Place the container in the freezer for at least 4 hours or until the frozen yogurt is firm. For the best texture, stir the mixture every hour for the first few hours to keep it creamy.

Serve: Once it reaches your desired consistency, scoop out the creamy peanut butter frozen yogurt into bowls or cones. Optionally, drizzle some melted chocolate or sprinkle crushed nuts on top for added texture and flavor.

Store Leftovers: If you have any leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Let it sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes before scooping out again to soften.
