Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1/2 cup ranch dressing mix

1/4 cup green onions, finely chopped

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

1/2 cup chopped walnuts or pecans (for rolling)

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Fresh herbs (like parsley or dill) for garnish

Instructions

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

Gradually mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.

Add the ranch dressing mix, green onions, crumbled bacon (if using), Worcestershire sauce, and mix until everything is evenly distributed.

Using your hands, form the mixture into a ball shape. If it's too sticky, simply wet your hands slightly to help shape it.

Roll the cheese ball in the chopped walnuts or pecans until it is completely coated.

Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm (overnight is best for flavor).

Before serving, remove from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes.

Garnish with fresh herbs for a fresh touch, then serve with crackers, veggie sticks, or pretzels.
