Ingredients

1 pound ground beef

1 medium onion, diced

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups uncooked large shell pasta

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup

1 cup beef broth

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup frozen peas (optional)

2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Cook the Shells: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the large shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Brown the Beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat.

Sauté Aromatics: Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Sauté until the onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.

Combine Ingredients: Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.

Add Cheese and Pasta: Gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. If using, fold in the frozen peas for added color and sweetness.

Combine Pasta and Sauce: Add the cooked shell pasta to the beef mixture, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve: Allow the dish to simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
