Ingredients
  

1 package (1 lb) refrigerated pizza dough

1 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos)

1/4 cup melted butter

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Additional crushed cookies for topping

Instructions
 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

      In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

        Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small margin around the edges.

          Sprinkle the crushed chocolate sandwich cookies over the cream cheese layer.

            Starting from one end, tightly roll the dough up into a log shape. Pinch the seams to seal.

              Slice the roll into 1-inch thick pieces and place them cut-side up on the prepared baking sheet.

                Drizzle the melted butter over the rolls and sprinkle with additional crushed cookies and chocolate chips.

                  Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.

                    Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Optional: drizzle with a chocolate glaze for extra decadence.
