Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup brown sugar, packed

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups oats

1 cup chocolate chips (blue if possible)

1 cup crushed Oreos (with blue cream filling, if available)

1 cup blue sprinkles

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt until well combined. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugars: In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes).

Add Eggs and Vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

Combine Wet and Dry Mixtures: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

Fold in Add-ins: Gently fold in the oats, blue chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and blue sprinkles until evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Scoop Cookies: Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden but the centers still look soft.

Cool: Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
