Ingredients

1 tube of crescent roll dough

1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup chopped fruit (like strawberries, bananas, or apples) for topping (optional)

Extra cinnamon-sugar mix for sprinkling

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the Base: Unroll the crescent roll dough and carefully press the perforated seams together to form a rectangular sheet. Place the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet, stretching it to make it larger if needed.

Make the Cinnamon-Sugar Mixture: In a small bowl, mix together the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon. Set aside.

Add Butter and Cinnamon-Sugar: Brush the melted butter over the crescent roll dough. Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the dough, reserving a bit for later.

Bake the Crust: Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Prepare the Cream Cheese Topping: In a mixing bowl, blend the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Spread the Cream Cheese: Once the crust has cooled slightly, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the warm cinnamon-sugar crust.

Add Fruit Toppings: If using, scatter the chopped fruit over the cream cheese layer, pressing them in gently.

Final Cinnamon-Sugar Sprinkle: For an extra touch, sprinkle the reserved cinnamon-sugar mixture over the top of your pizza.

Slice and Serve: Slice the pizza into squares or triangles, and serve warm or at room temperature.
