Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks)

4 cups powdered sugar

1 cup light brown sugar, packed

1 cup sweetened condensed milk (1 can)

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup white chocolate chips

1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

1/4 cup cream cheese, softened (for frosting)

1 tablespoon milk (for frosting)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)

Additional cinnamon for topping

Instructions

Prepare the Pan: Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later. Grease lightly with cooking spray.

Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter completely.

Combine Sugars: Once the butter is melted, stir in the brown sugar and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes until it’s combined and slightly bubbly.

Add Condensed Milk: Slowly pour in the sweetened condensed milk while continuously stirring. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes, stirring often until you see a slight thickening.

Incorporate Dry Ingredients: Remove the saucepan from the heat. Stir in the powdered sugar, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until fully combined and smooth.

Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) until melted and well integrated into the fudge mixture.

Pour and Set: Pour the fudge into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Let it cool at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.

Prepare the Frosting: In a small bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Drizzle this frosting over the top of the cooled fudge.

Finish with Cinnamon: Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top of the fudge for an extra touch of flavor.

Chill and Slice: Place the fudge in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to firm up. Once set, lift it out using the parchment paper, and cut into squares.

Serve and Enjoy: These squares can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Enjoy your cinnamon roll fudge with a cup of coffee or as a delightful dessert!
