Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

1 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A pinch of salt

Optional: Chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings for topping

Instructions

Begin by lining an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal later.

In a medium saucepan, combine the peanut butter, chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.

Stir continuously until the mixture is smooth and the chocolate chips are fully melted. This should take about 5-7 minutes.

Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, mixing until evenly combined.

Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly with a spatula.

If desired, sprinkle chopped peanuts or chocolate shavings on top for an extra touch.

Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm.

Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper overhang and cut into small squares for serving.
