Ingredients

1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 1/2 cups milk

2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup chocolate hazelnut spread (like Nutella)

1/2 cup finely chopped hazelnuts

1/4 cup powdered sugar (for dusting)

Fresh berries (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

Make the Crepe Batter: In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and let the mixture rest for 30 minutes.

Cook the Crepes: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it. Pour about 1/4 cup of crepe batter into the skillet, swirling to spread evenly. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until the edges begin to lift, then gently flip and cook for another minute. Repeat with the remaining batter, stacking the crepes on a plate as you go.

Spread the Filling: Place a crepe on a clean surface and spread about 2 tablespoons of chocolate hazelnut spread evenly over the surface. Sprinkle with a tablespoon of chopped hazelnuts.

Roll the Crepe: Starting from one end, carefully roll the crepe tightly to form a log. Repeat this process with the remaining crepes.

Serve: Cut each crepe roll into bite-sized pieces and arrange them on a serving platter. Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with fresh berries if desired.
