Ingredients

1 lb rotisserie chicken, shredded

1 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled

1 tablespoon garlic powder

1 tablespoon onion powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Optional: sliced green onions for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded rotisserie chicken, ranch dressing, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried parsley. Mix until well combined.

Roll Out Dough: Flour a clean surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle about 14x10 inches thick.

Spread Filling: Spoon the chicken mixture onto the center of the rolled-out dough, spreading it evenly but leaving about an inch of space around the edges for sealing.

Roll the Stromboli: Carefully roll the dough over the filling, starting from one long side. Tuck in the ends as you roll to enclose the filling completely. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

Egg Wash: Brush the top of the stromboli with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked. Use a sharp knife to make a few slits on top for steam to escape.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown.

Cool & Slice: After baking, let the stromboli cool for about 5-10 minutes. Slice into pieces and garnish with sliced green onions if desired.

Serve: Enjoy your Chicken Ranch Stromboli warm, paired with additional ranch dressing for dipping.
