8 oz rotini pasta

2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced

1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped

½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

½ cup Caesar dressing

¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

¼ cup croutons

Salt and pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp lemon juice

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the rotini pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool. Set aside.

    Prepare the Chicken: In a mixing bowl, combine the diced cooked chicken breast with olive oil, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the chicken evenly.

      Combine Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, add the cooled pasta, seasoned chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, and halved cherry tomatoes. Pour the Caesar dressing over the top and gently toss everything together until well combined.

        Add Cheese & Croutons: Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and croutons over the salad. Toss lightly to incorporate them without crushing the croutons.
