1 lb (450g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

6 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup diced bell peppers (any color)

1/2 cup sliced green onions

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing, Parmesan cheese, bell peppers, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until everything is well coated.

      Roll Out the Dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, approximately 12x16 inches. Make sure it's even in thickness.

        Assemble the Stromboli: Spread the chicken and bacon mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

          Roll It Up: Starting from one long side, carefully roll the dough into a log, pressing to seal the filling inside. Pinch the ends closed and tuck them under.

            Add the Egg Wash: Transfer the rolled stromboli to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with the beaten egg to give it a golden color when baked.

              Make Slits: Using a sharp knife, make 3 to 4 slits along the top of the stromboli to allow steam to escape.

                Bake: Place the stromboli in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

                  Cool and Slice: Once baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Slice it into generous pieces.
