Ingredients

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken

6 slices of crispy bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1 (8 oz) package of crescent roll dough

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/4 tsp paprika

Cooking spray

Optional: Fresh herbs (like parsley or chives) for garnish

Instructions

Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, chopped spinach, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika. Mix until well combined.

Prepare Dough: Unroll the crescent roll dough on a clean surface and separate the triangles as per the package instructions.

Assemble Rolls: Place a generous portion of the chicken-bacon-ranch filling onto the wide end of each crescent triangle. Roll up each triangle tightly from the wide end to the tip, tucking in the sides as you go to ensure the filling doesn't escape.

Bake: Arrange the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between them to allow for expansion. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.

Garnish: Once out of the oven, let the rolls cool for a couple of minutes. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh herbs for a pop of color and flavor.

Serve: Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side for dipping.

Prep Time: 15 minutes | Total Time: 30 minutes | Servings: 8 rolls
