2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)

6 slices of crispy cooked bacon, chopped

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/4 cup green onions, chopped

4 large flour tortillas

1/2 cup baby spinach (optional)

Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and green onions. Mix until all ingredients are well coated and evenly distributed. Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. If you're using spinach, layer it in the center of the tortilla.

      Spoon a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto the tortilla, spreading it evenly across the middle. Make sure to leave some space at the edges to avoid overflow.

        Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Press gently to seal the edges.

          Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.

            For a crispy finish, heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly spray it with cooking spray. Place each roll-up seam side down in the skillet, grilling for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and heated through.

              Once grilled, remove them from the skillet and let cool slightly before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
